First, let me start by saying, if you don’t think you need, at least, a day-of coordinator, you’re wrong. As our wedding was fast approaching I started asking those that had recently gotten marries, “what worked and what didn’t?” There were a few answers given, but one that consistently came up was “I wish I had a coordinator”, and with that, I decided I wasn’t going to make the same mistake. So the search began…

I looked at a few different sites, talked to a couple people, and happened to stumble onto Love & Confetti’s webpage. Caroline seemed responsive, and eager to help, so without even consulting with my fiancé, I hired her.

Caroline exchanged countless emails with my bride-to-be, who tends to struggle with giving up control. She met with us on multiple occasions and seemed really organized, knowledgeable and on top of things. On the wedding day Caroline was there early, dressed appropriately for a wedding but somehow was able to blend in and stay behind the scenes. She knew weddings, had control of the wedding party, assisted in arranging people where they needed to be and got everyone out the door on time (which was a very big deal to the bride). She helped with setup, helped the wedding party, helped the bride, the wait staff and even went to pick up our midnight snack when the original plan fell through.

My final words to  you reading this are – clearly you are where I was, thinking you might need a coordinator – trust me, you do! You need to just enjoy the day. If I could recommend Caroline in any manner more-so than this, I would. She was organized and professional. It was a pleasure for both my wife and I to work with her, she managed to take the stress of the day off and really nailed it for us.

Caroline was amazing! I am a fairly organized person but I am not sure what I would have done with out her on the day! Caroline is friendly, organized and was always responsive to my emails and questions. She helped both our rehearsal and wedding day go flawlessly and we couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Caroline made our wedding day even better then what we had imagined! I had hired Caroline as a Day-Of Coordinator and she went above and beyond her duties. From our very first meeting, she paid attention to my vision and ensured that every little detail was covered.
