Get To Know The Wallace
A newly constructed building, The Wallace showcases architectural details inspired by heritage, paying tribute to the exceptional location in the historic Shipyards area.
It boasts brand new washrooms, including accessible stalls, an open concept “servery” kitchen for food preparation, a Bridal Room, exquisite wood-inspired vinyl flooring, elevator access to the third floor, additional storage facilities, and water and power capabilities on the Outdoor Terrace.

The Wallace Venue Details
The Wallace is an open-concept event space available for weddings.
Weekend Booking (Friday-Sunday): $6,500.00 + GST
Weekend Bar Minimum (Friday-Sunday) : $2,500.00 + GST
Weekday Booking: $4,950.00 + GST
Half-Day Booking (Monday-Thursday only): $2,475.00 +GST
*Prices sourced in 2024 are subject to change by the venue at any time. Please visit the venue’s website for up-to-date pricing.
Payment and Deposit: A 50% Booking Fee and an authorized credit card are required to confirm the booking, which will be applied against the full venue rental fee. The remaining venue fees are due 60 days before the event. Cheques are the preferred form of payment, but they can accept credit card payments for your deposit, and for the remainder, they can also accept Electronic Fund Transfers.
Included at the Venue: up to 180 guests seated (200 standing). 6-foot long banquet tables and garden chairs are included, as well as a speaker system and two wireless microphones. A projector is available for rent. The occupant will need to bring all other items, including linens, decor, dinnerware, glassware, ladders, etc..
Venue Access Time: Full-day venue rental, access time is 9:00 am, set up can occur any time on the event day. An on-site venue concierge is included for the whole rental period and will be responsible for venue-related items. Post-event cleaners are also included.

Love & Confetti offers two packages that work for The Wallace. Our Event management services are perfect for the couple who knows what they want and have time to do their own planning.
However, if you want more, we offer a Full Planning service which will create a plan based on you and your partner’s wedding needs, wants, and dreams.
Depending on what you would like, both packages can be catered to fit you and the requirements of The Wallace.

Event Management: This package starts eight weeks before the wedding.
